Success-Only Metering (Our B2B Guarantee)

For our Enterprise clients, we implement Success-Only Metering. Your daily quota and API credits are only consumed upon the successful completion of a value-generating operation. We do not charge for:

  • Invalid or rejected image payloads.
  • Transient system timeouts or network failures.
  • AI generation failures or metadata extraction bottlenecks.

Fair Use Policy Details

To prevent abuse of the Unlimited tier, the following restrictions apply:

  1. Rate Limiting: A maximum of 10 requests per minute to prevent automated abuse.
  2. Soft Cap: After 50 requests per day, analysis speed may be throttled.
  3. Account Sharing: Only a single concurrent session is allowed per account.

Additionally, if the system detects malicious code or prohibited content in an uploaded image, the user’s account will be immediately locked for investigation.
